    Oxfordshire Mind offers local support services and can direct you to several local groups and resources. Please visit their website for information and to be directed to the right services for you.
     
    Mind also offers 6 advice and guidance counselling sessions via your GP. Burford Surgery’s Mind counsellor is Liz Woolven. She offers appointments on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays at both Burford and Carterton branches, as well as telephone appointments. To book in with her please discuss with your GP or a member of Reception.

  • Oxfordshire Talking Therapies

    Oxfordshire Talking Therapies offer a range of free talking therapies for anxiety and depression. Most adults are able to self-refer via their website or by calling.

    Young people aged 16-18 can access guided self-help/CBT on an individual basis, but will need to be referred by Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Single Point of Access (SPA).
