Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- phone us on Burford Surgery 01993 822 176 or Carterton Health Centre 01993 822 176 or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are
- Request online here.

You may notice a test result appear in your NHS app referring to segmentation, Patient Need Groups or John Hopkins adjusted clinical needs score. More information on this can be found here.
