This protected time will allow the dispensary team to complete essential administrative and clinical tasks safely, accurately, and without interruption, helping us to maintain a safe and efficient service for all patients.
During this period, the dispensary hatch will be closed and routine requests will not be processed. Please also note that reception staff will not be able to assist you with dispensary queries during this time. Urgent clinical matters will continue to be managed appropriately.
