We operate a branch surgery in Carterton. The Carterton Health Centre is situated between Aldi and the Library on Alvescot Road. It has its own car park to the rear of the building and 2 disabled bays at the front.
The Health Centre is open in the mornings 8.30-12.30 Monday-Friday to offer routine GP and nurse appointments, and a limited amount of urgent appointments.

Dispensing patients can also choose to collect medication from here by arrangement.
Carterton does not have its own phone line. All calls are to the main Burford Surgery number: 01993 822176. Appointments can still be booked in person with the Receptionist stationed at the health centre.
While patients can request appointments specifically at Carterton it may not always be possible to facilitate these requests as it operates as a branch surgery, and is only open for morning clinics. In order to be registered with Burford Surgery you must be able to travel to the main surgery on Sheep Street. You cannot be registered specifically with Carterton Health Centre.
