Mind also offers 6 advice and guidance counselling sessions via your GP. Burford Surgery’s Mind counsellor is Liz Woolven. She offers appointments on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays at both Burford and Carterton branches, as well as telephone appointments. MindOxfordshire Talking Therapies
Oxfordshire Talking Therapies offer a range of free talking therapies for anxiety and depression. Most adults are able to self-refer via their website or by calling.
Young people aged 16-18 can access guided self-help/CBT on an individual basis, but will need to be referred by Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Single Point of Access (SPA).
