We have now sent out text invites to those eligible for the spring COVID booster. We will be running 2 clinics at our Carterton Health Centre branch as usual.
The 2 clinics are on:
- Saturday 27th April
- Saturday 11th May
Please book your appointment via the link in the text you have received if you are able to do so. Our Reception team are happy to help if you or your family are not able to access the online booking system.
As with previous clinics you will need to complete and bring with you our COVID Booster Consent Form. You can either print this form here or collect a hard copy from Reception at either Burford or Carterton Surgery.
