There are lots of ways information is collected. This includes the friends and families test, the independent Ipsos-Mori GP-Patient survey, NHS Choices, IWantGreatCare, Google and information information from training inspections.

We were inspected by the Care Quality Commission in June 2016. We are delighted that in all areas we were assessed as providing good care. Click on the image to view the report.

We have a virtual patient representative group which comprises about 150 patients who we consult with. We publish these surveys here. You can also view the demographics of the group or join. We also have a patient group who meet at the surgery to look at ways in which we can provide better services to patients. Medical care is increasingly complicated and often lots of little mistakes can build up to a bigger error. We would like you to let us know if things have gone wrong so we can try to correct them.
